Classroom and childcare

Blank sheets for a classroom, a tutor, a club or an evening's babysitting — registers, marks, seating, reading and trips.

Nothing in this category assesses, grades or diagnoses anything. No reading level, no age expectation, no curriculum, no marking scheme and no supervision ratio is printed anywhere, because all of those come from a school, a syllabus or local rules and differ by country and by year group. Sheets that hold information about a child should be kept securely, shared only with people who need them, and kept only as long as your setting requires.

Sheets in Classroom and childcare

Class Attendance Register

Take a month of attendance on one page, using whatever marking key your school or club already uses.

CC-01 1 page

Seating Plan Sheet

Keep marks for a group and a term on one page, against tasks you name yourself.

CC-03 1 page

CC-05 1 page

CC-09 2 pages

Babysitter Information Sheet

Record who actually took each child home, which is the question a time column on its own never answers.

CC-11 1 page

Childcare Payment Record

CC-12 1 page

Nursery Daily Report Sheet

Hand the parent a written account of the day, so bedtime is not a guess about when the child last ate or slept.
