What this sheet is for

Lay a week out as a grid using your own period times, for a class, a room or one person.

Who it is for

Teachers, students, tutors, home educators, trainers and anyone running a fixed weekly pattern.

How to use it

  1. Write your own times down the left before filling anything in.
  2. Include the weekend columns only if you use them.
  3. Put duties, clubs and anything outside the grid at the bottom.
  4. Date it — timetables change and old copies circulate.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
