What this sheet is for
Take a month of attendance on one page, using whatever marking key your school or club already uses.
Who it is for
Teachers, tutors, clubs, scouts and guides, community classes, training providers and anyone who has to know who turned up.
How to use it
- Write your marking key in the box before you start.
- Write the dates across the top rather than assuming a school week.
- Mark it at the same point in the session every time.
- Total and check it at the end of the month, and sign that you did.
- Keep the sheets — attendance questions are always asked later.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
