Plain terms for a site that gives away blank forms.
What you are getting
Blank printable record sheets, free, with no account and no payment. What you may do with them is set out on the usage and licence page, which forms part of these terms.
These are forms, not advice
Everything on this site is general information and blank documentation. Nothing here is legal, financial, insurance, engineering, veterinary, medical or safety advice, and nothing here should be treated as telling you what your circumstances require.
Specifically, and this matters:
- We do not publish service intervals for any named appliance, vehicle or machine. Where a sheet or a guide suggests a rhythm, it is general practice, not a specification — the interval that applies to your equipment comes from its manufacturer.
- We do not publish safe values for water, air, chemistry or anything else. Those come from your test kit, your supplier, or your local authority.
- We do not state what any law requires. Requirements differ by country, region and often by city, and they change. Check locally.
- Using one of these sheets does not demonstrate compliance with anything, and does not guarantee that an insurer, regulator, inspector or manufacturer will accept it.
Work on gas, oil, electrical, structural and other regulated systems is restricted to suitably qualified people in most countries. Nothing on this site is an instruction to carry out such work yourself.
No warranty
The site and the files are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We have taken care over the field lists and the print geometry, but we do not warrant that any sheet is complete, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or suitable for your jurisdiction.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or the files on it — including any loss arising because a record was incomplete, a sheet lacked a field you needed, or a claim, inspection or sale did not go the way you hoped. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Availability
There is no guarantee that this site stays online, that any sheet remains available, or that a URL keeps working. Download and keep anything you rely on rather than assuming it will be here.
Changes
Sheets get revised as errors are found and as field lists improve. The edition is printed in the footer of every sheet so you can tell which version you are holding. These terms may change too; the date at the bottom of this page says when they last did.
