Especially useful

• A sheet with the wrong fields. If you use one of these professionally and a column is missing or misnamed, that is the single most valuable thing you can tell us.
• A sheet that prints badly. Tell us which sheet, which paper size and which printer. Print geometry is the thing we care most about getting right.
• A sheet that does not exist yet. If you have been looking for something and could not find it anywhere, we would like to know what it was.
• Anything that reads as advice. These are blank forms; if a page has drifted into telling people what a safe reading is or what the law requires, we want to fix that.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you how often your particular appliance needs servicing, what your local rules require, whether your water result is safe, or whether your insurer will pay a claim. Those are questions for your handbook, your local authority, a qualified trade or your insurer — and the reason the sheets are blank in those places is precisely that we are not in a position to answer them.
