Hand the parent a written account of the day, so bedtime is not a guess about when the child last ate or slept.
Nurseries, childminders, nannies and anyone handing a small child back at the end of a day.
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Because they belong to the child, and to the parent and health professionals who know them. This sheet records what happened. Anything that looks like a target on a nursery report becomes a source of anxiety for somebody.
It records information about children and about the adults collecting them, which is about as sensitive as records get. Keep it where only staff can read it, do not leave it on a counter facing the door, and destroy it once you no longer have a reason to hold it.
