What this sheet is for
Publish a volunteer rota far enough ahead that people can swap, with the swap recorded on the sheet.
Who it is for
Churches, village halls, sports clubs, scout groups, community cafés and any organisation running on volunteers.
How to use it
- Write the jobs into the column headings yourself.
- Publish several weeks ahead — people need notice to swap.
- Put the swap rule and a contact on the sheet.
- Record swaps in the last column, agreed by both people.
- Pin it up and keep a copy where the rota is maintained.
