  2. List every unit down the side with its occupant, or none.

  4. Date the deep clean for long stays, and the block's weekly jobs on the back.
  5. Have the supervisor check and sign the week.

Page 1

Printed under the title: A week of cleaning for one block of kennels or cattery pens: each unit's daily clean, its disinfection and every change of occupant, day by day, with the block's own weekly jobs on the back.

The label sets the dilution. No dilutions or contact times are printed: take them from each product's label and write them below, with your written cleaning routine beside you. In each day's box write C for cleaned, D for cleaned and disinfected, or X for a change of occupant (emptied, disinfected, bowls and bedding done), then your initials.

Questions

Why are no dilutions or contact times printed?

Because they are on each product's label and differ between products, and a figure copied from the wrong one could leave a unit not disinfected. Copy them from your own products and your written cleaning routine.

How often should units be disinfected?

The sheet does not say, because licence conditions and standards differ. Work to your own written routine and the conditions you trade under; the grid records what was actually done.
