What this sheet is for

Run the cleaning and equipment round across several enclosures without losing track of which was done when.

How to use it

1. Record the product and dilution used, once, at the top.
2. Log spot cleans separately from full cleans.
3. Run the equipment checklist every time — thermostats fail silently.
4. Keep a backup heat source and record that you have one.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.

Questions

Can I use household disinfectant?

Not automatically. Products safe in a kitchen can be dangerous around reptiles, amphibians and birds, and residues matter. Use a product intended for the species, at its own dilution and rinse time.

Why check the thermostat every time?

Because thermostats fail without any outward sign, and the first indication is usually the animal. Checking takes seconds and is the single most valuable item on the list.
