No, and it never will. Amounts depend on the animal, its weight, the specific product and the condition being treated. Everything on this page is copied from the label your vet dispensed, and if that label is unclear the right move is to ring the practice.
Print one per animal. Sharing a sheet between animals is exactly how the wrong tablet ends up in the wrong bowl, and a medicine that is fine for one species can be dangerous to another.
Track weight against what the animal is actually being fed, so a change in one can be read against the other. A single weighing tells you very little; a column of them taken the same way each time is something a vet can use.
Give a sitter everything they need so they do not have to ring you, including the part most people leave out — what this animal is like when nothing is wrong.
Keep one continuous record of everything that has been serviced, repaired or replaced, so the history of the building exists in one place rather than in a drawer of loose invoices.
