A free printable animal exhibition log: the event, venue and travel, then each animal's time out, handling, rests, water, behaviour and weekly total.
One page. Choose your paper size — both versions are laid out identically, so neither one gets shrunk to fit.

Fill it in type and save
The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.
Keep track of how hard each animal works at events, one sheet per booking. A weekly total shows when one is being used more than the rest.
People who take animals to schools, parties, shows and filming, and anyone running handling sessions.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: One event and the animals taken to it: where, how far and how long on the road, then for each animal how long it was out, whether the public handled it, its rests and water, how it behaved and its total for the week.
Your limits, written in. No working or rest times are printed. Your own written procedure, your vet and the rules where you are set them, so write them in the boxes below. Rest any animal that shows signs of stress, whatever the booking says, and note what you saw.
Write-on lines: Date · Venue · Booked by, and phone · Exhibit type · Distance · Travel out · Travel back · Left base · Back at base · Limit per session (your procedure) · Rest it sets · Sessions per week it sets
Table, 9 rows: Animal and ID · Species · Out · In · Minutes · Handled · Rests · Water · Behaviour or injury · Week total
Write-on lines: Animals left at base, and who checked them · Checked on return by
Because they depend on the species, the animal and the type of event, and are set by your own written procedure, your vet and the licence conditions where you are. Write yours at the top so every session is checked against the same limit.
Carry it forward: add this session's minutes and count to the total on the animal's last sheet. The last column then shows its week so far.
Show for every animal you moved where it came from, how it travelled, what paperwork you saw and who took it at the other end.
Give any small pet a weekly weight record, which is the earliest warning available for animals that hide illness by instinct.
Keep a treatment history with the weight beside it, which matters more for exotics than for most species.
Every sheet, binder, game and puzzle on Upkeep Papers is free to download, with no email and no account. Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
