What this sheet is for
One page per booking, so you know what worked in that room and what you played that cleared the floor.
Who it is for
Mobile, club and event DJs, and anyone who plays sets for hire.
How to use it
- Fill in the venue, contact, times and fee at the top from the booking.
- List the rig and mark what you supplied and what the venue did, ticking each item as checked.
- Log tracks in order as you play, with a quick note on how full the floor was.
- Write up the night afterwards — what to bring, what to drop, who to thank.

Questions
Do I really have to write down every track while playing?
No. Most DJs jot the turning points — what opened, what filled the floor, what emptied it, what was requested. A few lines per hour is enough to make the next booking at that venue easier.
