Settle a gig's money the same night, on paper, before anyone has to ask about it.
Bands, duos and function acts that share fees, and whoever ends up holding the cash.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: One gig's money from door to pocket: what came in, what came off the top, and what each member walked away with.
Your split, not ours. No percentages or shares are printed here. How the band splits its money — equal shares, a driver's extra, a dep's flat fee — is the band's own agreement; this sheet only records what it produced tonight.

Because every band splits differently — equal shares, a flat fee for a dep, extra for whoever drove — and none of that is ours to decide. The share basis column is where you write your own arrangement.

One number the venue, the promoter and the act all signed, instead of three and an argument.
Keep a small cash float straight: every movement on one line, a running balance down the page, and a count at the end that either matches or does not.
Give a receipt for money taken and keep an identical copy, with the balance still owed written on both halves.

Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
