One page shows who is entered, who has paid, who still needs an accompanist and what everyone got.
Instrumental and singing teachers, studio owners and school music departments entering pupils for graded exams.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: A teacher's record of every pupil entered for a music exam this session: board, grade, the pieces chosen, whether the fee was collected and what the result was when it came.
The board's rules, your record. Grades, syllabuses, fees and closing dates are all the exam board's own and change with each syllabus. This sheet holds the details you looked up for each entry; it does not tell you what they are.
Write-on lines: Teacher / studio · Session / term · Board · Closing date
Table, 14 rows: Pupil · Instrument · Grade · Pieces / list · Accompanist · Fee in · Entered · Exam date · Result
Because they belong to the exam board, differ between boards and change with each syllabus. Anything we printed would be wrong for someone. Look them up from the board itself and write them in.

Plan one lesson on one page, with space for the two things people skip: the checking, and the plan for the students who have not got it.
Take a month of attendance on one page, using whatever marking key your school or club already uses.
Keep fees and payments for one child on one page, so an awkward conversation starts from a document rather than a disagreement.
Every sheet, binder, game and puzzle on Upkeep Papers is free to download, with no email and no account. Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee. It is entirely optional: nothing is locked, and nothing changes if you don’t.
