Claim money spent on somebody else's behalf in a form that ties each line to a numbered receipt and gets signed off.
Small businesses, clubs, charities, committees, volunteers and anyone reimbursing staff or members.
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
Because rates are set by the organisation paying and, in many countries, by a tax authority — and they change. Printing one would be wrong for most readers within a year. Write the rate you are using in the row.
