What this sheet is for

Who it is for

Market and craft sellers, small shops, online sellers, and any business small enough to record sales by hand.

How to use it

  1. Fill it in on the day of the sale, not at month end.
  2. Record the payment method — it is what you reconcile against later.
  3. Total each sheet and carry the total forward.
  4. Keep the sheets with your receipts, in date order.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
