What this sheet is for

Keep one line per sale as it happens, with the payment recorded beside it, so the month adds up from something written on the day.

Who it is for

Market and craft sellers, small shops, online sellers, and any business small enough to record sales by hand.

How to use it

  1. Fill it in on the day of the sale, not at month end.
  2. Record the payment method — it is what you reconcile against later.
  3. Total each sheet and carry the total forward.
  4. Keep the sheets with your receipts, in date order.

What is on the sheet

One page, top to bottom:

Printed under the title: A running record of what was sold, to whom, for how much, and whether it has been paid for.

Record the sale and the payment. One line per sale, filled in on the day. The paid column is what turns a sales record into something you can chase from.
