What this sheet is for
Put an order in writing so the delivery note and the invoice can both be checked against what was actually agreed.
Who it is for
Small businesses, workshops, farms, builders, clubs and anyone ordering from trade suppliers.
How to use it
- Raise the order before the goods arrive, not afterwards.
- Record the part number as well as the description.
- Write the price you were quoted. That is the whole point of the sheet.
- Tick the received column against the delivery note.
- Check the invoice against this sheet before paying it.

Printed under the title: An order placed with a supplier: what, how many, at what price, delivered where and by when.
Order in writing, check in writing. A written order is what you check the delivery note and the invoice against. Without one, the price you were quoted is a memory.
