What this sheet is for
Publish your prices with the inclusions spelled out beside them, which is what stops the conversation about what was and was not covered.
Who it is for
Trades, salons, groomers, garages, cafés, makers, market traders and anyone who is asked 'how much?' several times a week.
How to use it
- Fill in the 'what this includes' column properly. It does the real work.
- Date the list and give it a version, so a customer waving an old one is easy to answer.
- Say what prices exclude, at the bottom, once.
- Reprint when prices change rather than amending by hand.
- Keep the superseded copies.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
