Franchised and independent workshops that repair under manufacturer, extended or aftermarket warranties, and anyone chasing a claim through a provider's portal.
2 pages, in this order:

The labour block has a column for the time they allow; the parts block records which old parts are being held for return, because a claim with no old part is usually a rejected one.

Turn a failure into a claim instead of a bill, by knowing what is still covered before you call someone out.
Keep a service history in your own hands, so it survives changing garages and is there when you sell.
Show what a vehicle actually costs in lost availability, not just in invoices, and make a vehicle that keeps going off the road obvious in writing.
