What this sheet is for

Keep four kinds of routine care running on four different intervals visible on one page, so the next due date is read rather than guessed.

Who it is for

Private horse and pony owners, small yards and anyone sharing the routine care of a horse with somebody else.

How to use it

Write in the contacts along the top — farrier, vet, dentist and insurer — so the sheet is useful to whoever picks it up.
Add one line per horse per task, and repeat the horse's name on every line.
Fill the interval column with the one you were actually given, and note beside it who gave it to you.
Work the next due date out when you write the last done date, not later.

Questions

Why are no worming or vaccination intervals printed?

Because they are veterinary decisions, they depend on the horse, the yard, the season and the region, and the rules on equine medicine records differ by country. The interval column holds the one your own vet, farrier or dentist gave you, and the notes column is there to record who advised it.

Is this a substitute for the horse's official documents?

No. Whatever passport, identification or medicines documentation applies where you are stays the record that matters, and this chart does not replace it. This is a planning sheet for the yard wall — it tells you what falls due next.

Can one sheet cover several horses?

Yes, and that is the common case. Sort the lines by horse or by due date, whichever you will actually scan, and start a fresh sheet each year so the old one becomes the history.
