Keep everything about a seasonal holder on one page, so the unit can be identified and the right person reached without going through three folders.
Who it is for
Owners and wardens of caravan parks and campsites that let seasonal or long-stay pitches, and storage-and-season sites run alongside a farm.
How to use it
- Start a sheet per holder when the pitch is taken, and file them by pitch number.
- Record the unit make, model and chassis number once, from the unit itself.
- List everyone else who may use the pitch, with a contact number for each.
- Write your own season dates and agreed terms into the blanks, and keep the signed agreement with the sheet.
- Log each payment as it is taken, with the receipt number.

Questions
Why are there no charges or season dates printed on it?
Because they are yours. Seasons, instalments and what a pitch costs differ on every site and change year to year, so printing any figure would be inventing one. The blanks are there for your own, written in as you agreed them.
Is this the agreement itself?
No. It is the site's own record of a seasonal pitch — what is on it, who uses it, what has been paid. Your written agreement and whatever the rules where you are require of it stay separate, kept with the sheet.
