What this sheet is for
Turn reordering from a guess into a decision, by recording the level you have chosen to hold against what is actually on the shelf.
Who it is for
Workshops, garages, farms, maintenance teams and anyone who has run out of something mid-job.
How to use it
- Set a par level for each item once — the amount you want on the shelf, not the amount you happen to have today.
- Count at the shelf and write it down there.
- Record the part number and supplier the first time, so reordering never needs research.
- Mark what is already on order, or you will order it twice.

Par level first, count second. Set a par level once and the count becomes a decision rather than a guess. The point of the reorder column is that it is filled in while you are standing at the shelf, not from memory at the supplier's counter.
