What this sheet is for
Arrange every away day once, on one page. No round of messages the night before each match about who is driving and where to meet.
Who it is for
Team managers, fixture secretaries and the parent or member who ends up organising lifts for any club that travels to play.
How to use it
- Note the drivers you can usually call on, and how many seats each has.
- Write in the season's fixtures as the league publishes them.
- For each away match fill in the meet point, leave time and transport as it is arranged.
- Check the start time and venue with the league the week before.
- Enter the result afterwards so the list doubles as the season's record.

Questions
Why does the sheet not say what a minibus driver needs?
Because that depends on the rules where you are, your insurer and your club's own policy, and it changes. The sheet records who drove; whether they may is for your club to check.
