Show, months later, which tyre went where and what it was torqued and inflated to. The source of those figures is on the sheet too.

Find old tyres before they reach a steered axle or pass your own age limit. One sheet per vehicle, read position by position from the sidewall date codes.
Fleet engineers, tyre contractors and transport managers responsible for lorries, buses, coaches or trailers.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: Every tyre on one vehicle, position by position: the date code as moulded, the age worked out from it, how it was made, and when it comes off under the age limit you set for that position.
Reading the date code. The last four digits of the date code on the sidewall are the week and year of manufacture, so 2319 is week 23 of 2019. Write the limit you work to in each row: the rules on tyre age, above all on a steered axle, differ by country and vehicle type, so check them where you operate.
Write-on lines: Vehicle reg / fleet no. · Type (rigid, tractor, trailer, bus) · No. of axles · Steered axles
Table, 12 rows: Position · Steered · Make and size · Date code · Age · Fitted · Type · Limit · Replace by · Checked
Write-on lines: Next date-code check due · Register checked by · Date
Because the rules on tyre age differ between countries and vehicle types, and many operators set a stricter limit of their own. Each position has a box for the limit you actually work to, so the replace-by date is worked out from your figure.
Look for the last four digits of the code on the sidewall: the first two are the week of manufacture and the last two the year. A tyre showing 2319 was made in week 23 of 2019.
Show, months later, which tyre went where and what it was torqued and inflated to. The source of those figures is on the sheet too.
Prove every refitted wheel was checked again once it had settled, and say who checked it. The wrench, its calibration and your own torque figures sit at the top, so every check is made against the right numbers.
See the whole fleet on one page, so a vehicle nobody has looked at for a year stops being invisible and every renewal date sits where you can find it.
See wear as a trend, so you can plan replacement instead of being told at a test that it is already too late.
Do the same walk-around in the same order every day and leave a record of what was found, who it was reported to and what happened next.
