Instructor Diary and Booking Page

A free printable driving instructor diary sheet — a week of lessons with pupil, time, pick-up point, what the lesson is for, length, how it was paid and its status.

First page of the Instructor Diary and Booking Page — Keep the week's bookings in the car on paper, so a lesson survives a flat phone and the week's takings add up from one page.

What this sheet is for

Keep the week's bookings in the car on paper, so a lesson survives a flat phone and the week's takings add up from one page.

Who it is for

Independent driving instructors and franchisees who want a paper diary alongside whatever app the school or the pupils use.

How to use it

  1. Start a fresh page each week with the instructor, vehicle and any test slots held.
  2. Enter each booking as it is made: day, time, pupil, pick-up point and what the lesson is for.
  3. Mark how each lesson was paid — cash, transfer, block booking — on the day.
  4. Cross through cancellations and no-shows and note it in the status column.
  5. Total the week at the foot and carry anything owed to the next page.

What is on the sheet

One page, top to bottom:

Printed under the title: A week of lessons on one page — who, when, where they are picked up, what the lesson is for and whether it was paid — kept in the car so a booking is never only in a phone.

Write-on lines: Instructor · Week beginning · Vehicle reg · Test slots held this week

Bookings — one line per lesson; your prices and terms live on your price list, not here — 'Paid' records how it was settled

Table, 15 rows: Day · Time · Pupil · Pick-up point · Lesson for · Length · Paid · Status / notes

Write-on lines: Lessons delivered · Cancelled / no-show · Fuel put in · Takings this week · Carried to next week

Questions

Why are there no lesson prices or cancellation terms on the diary?

Because they are yours and they change. The diary records what was paid and how; your price list and your terms live on their own sheet and can be updated without reprinting the diary.
