What this sheet is for

Turn the first and last twenty minutes of the day into two short lists that get initialled, instead of a routine somebody remembers most of the time.

Who it is for

Shops, cafés, bars, salons, gyms, halls, workshops and clubs.

How to use it

  1. Write your own items in. Every premises has three or four that matter most.
  2. Keep both lists short — a long one gets ticked without reading.
  3. Initial each column, and have the closer initial the close.
  4. Note anything reported at the bottom, and act on it in the morning.
  5. Start a fresh sheet each week.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
