Keep a dated history of emergency lighting tests with the failures and repairs recorded beside them, not just a note that a test happened.

Who it is for

How to use it

Write your test regime and where it comes from into the header.
Record which fittings failed, by reference, not just how many.
Record the repair date on the same line as the failure.
