Circulate an agenda that keeps a meeting to time, by putting a named lead and a number of minutes against every item before anyone sits down.

A free printable handover form — what is live, what is waiting on somebody else, and where to find keys, files and the person who knows.
One page. Choose your paper size — both versions are laid out identically, so neither one gets shrunk to fit.
Print it and write on it
Fill it in type and save
The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.
Hand a shift, a job or a role over properly, on the assumption that the person taking it does not yet know what they do not know.
Shift workers, care and site teams, caretakers, anyone going on leave, and anyone leaving a role to a successor.
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
Circulate an agenda that keeps a meeting to time, by putting a named lead and a number of minutes against every item before anyone sits down.
Keep every agreed action in one place with a name and a date against it, so the next meeting starts from what happened rather than from memory.
Know at a glance which keys are out and with whom, and be able to say honestly how many copies of any of them exist.
We are building this library out steadily. Leave an address and we will send the new sheets as they are finished — nothing else, and no more than one email a week.
Sign-up is not live yet — we have not connected an email provider, so this form is switched off rather than quietly collecting addresses.
