Record cleaning and disinfection properly, with the contact time and rest period that decide whether it achieved anything.

How to use it
- Record the disinfectant and its dilution, not just that you disinfected.
- Record contact time — most products do nothing if rinsed too soon.
- Note the rest period before restocking.
- Sign each entry.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.

How long should a building rest between batches?
It depends what you are trying to break, and your vet is the source. The sheet records what you did rather than prescribing it.
