What this sheet is for
Record the all-in all-out cycle, including the rest period, which is the part that actually breaks a disease cycle.
Who it is for
Pig keepers of any size running batches through the same pens.
How to use it
- Record the date the batch came out, not the date you got round to cleaning.
- Let pens dry — record dry as a separate thing from washed.
- Record the rest period you used and stick to it.
- Sign each pen off before restocking.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.

What rest period should I leave?
Your vet's figure, not ours. It depends on what is being broken and on the disease history of the unit.
