Show the booth was checked before spraying started, every day it was used. Negative pressure and clean filters are what keep the overspray inside the booth.
Bodyshops, refinishers and any workshop spraying in a booth or room with extraction.
2 pages, in this order:
Printed under the title: A month of checks on one spray booth or room: the pressure reading and a look for damage each day, then on page two the weekly and monthly checks, filter changes and clearance time tests.
The booth's own figures. No pressure readings, clearance times or filter change points are printed: copy them from the booth maker, the last thorough examination report and the clearance time shown at the door. If the booth is not under negative pressure, or the gauge is not working, report it and do not spray until it is put right.

Both are specific to the booth: the reading comes from its maker and its examination, and the clearance time is measured in that booth and displayed at the door. Write them at the top and judge each day's reading against them.
It is how long the booth takes to clear the airborne spray after spraying stops, found by a test such as a smoke generator. Until it has passed, nobody should lift their mask or open the doors to walk in.

Separate what the car arrived with from what was claimed for, and keep the actual hours and materials against each stage so the invoice and the estimate can be compared honestly.
Record what protective equipment was issued to whom and when it was replaced, with the instruction and fit-check noted at the point of issue.
Turn the compressor from the thing nobody looks at into a routine round with a date against it, so water in the receiver and a fraying hose get caught early.
