What this sheet is for

Arrive with everything the pitch needs and leave knowing what sold, because the booking, the stock count and the checks are on one sheet in the cab.

Who it is for

Food truck, trailer and gazebo caterers working festivals, weddings, markets and private events.

How to use it

  1. Fill in the event, site and organiser details when the booking is confirmed.
  2. Note what the site provides — power, water, waste — so the generator and tanks are planned, not guessed.
  3. Load stock against the menu table and tick the before-leaving checks.
  4. Fill the back and sold columns before driving off site.
  5. Use the note column for anything to change next time.

What is on the sheet

Write-on lines: Event · Date · Organiser & contact · Site / postcode · Arrive by · Trading from – to · Pitch / plot · Fee agreed · Power on site · Water on site · Waste / grey water · Staff on the day

Questions

Why does the checklist not list the paperwork an organiser will ask for?

Because what organisers and local authorities want to see differs by country, event and site. The item says to carry whatever this organiser asked for; you know what that was, the sheet does not.

Is this the same as the catering event order sheet?

No. That one is for the food ordered by a client for a catered event. This is the trading unit's own day: getting there, what was loaded, what sold, getting home.
