What this sheet is for

Summarise a week honestly on one page, with two or three numbers you have chosen to track sitting next to the narrative.

Who it is for

Team leaders, contractors, freelancers, charity coordinators and anyone reporting weekly to somebody else.

How to use it

  1. Write it on Friday, about this week — not on Monday about last week.
  2. Choose two or three numbers and keep tracking the same ones.
  3. Fill in 'not done, and why' first. It is the honest part.
  4. Keep them in a folder; a quarter of these read together is a useful document.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
