What this sheet is for
Report a day in four short sections, including the one that shows the recurring problem: what held you up.
Who it is for
Contractors reporting to a client, site teams, field engineers, cleaning and maintenance crews, and anyone who owes a daily update.
How to use it
- Fill it in at the end of the day, on site.
- Be specific about what held you up — 'waiting on the electrician since Tuesday'.
- Name who you need something from, and when you need it.
- Read a fortnight of them together; the pattern is the point.
- Send it the same day.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
