The working week planned before it starts. Three priorities at the top say what the week is for; each weekday then has a must-do, a should-do, a could-do and a notes column, so the important things are placed before the urgent ones arrive.
Anyone with a working week to shape — an employee, a manager, a freelancer — who reaches Friday and cannot say where the week went.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
Because a list of ten is a to-do list, not a set of priorities. Three can be held in the head on a busy Wednesday; if you genuinely have more, the must-do column takes them day by day.
Must is what the day fails without. Should is what a normal day gets to. Could is what a good day gets to. Sorting them beforehand means a bad day still gets the must-dos done.
Not on this sheet — it is built for a five-day working week. The weekly planner in the personal planning section has seven days.
The time blocking day sheet takes one day and divides it into blocks you label yourself. Use the weekly sheet to place the work and the day sheet to do it.
