Stop enquiries going cold, and see over a month what people asked for that you could not offer.
Who it is for
Self-storage sites, container yards and parking or pitch lets that take enquiries by phone, email and at the gate.
How to use it
- Log the enquiry while the person is still on the phone or at the counter.
- Note how they heard of you and the size or kind of space they wanted.
- Fill in the viewing date if they come to look.
- Record the outcome honestly — let, lost or pending — with a follow-up date.
- Review the lost column now and then; the reasons are the useful part.

That one follows a house or flat through its viewings. This is a queue of enquiries for storage space, where the questions are size, start date and how long for, and most enquiries never become a viewing at all.
