What this sheet is for

Keep everything about one let bay on one page, so a stranger's trailer, an unpaid month or an emergency contact can be found in seconds.

Who it is for

Caravan and boat storage yards, farms letting hardstanding, and anyone renting out a parking bay or pitch.

How to use it

Fill in the bay, the dates and the customer's contact details at the start.
Record the vehicle, trailer or boat with its registration or serial number.
Note its condition on arrival and who holds any keys.
Add each payment to the ledger with the period it pays for.
Both sign the foot of the sheet when the let begins.

One bay, one customer. One sheet per bay per customer. The vehicle details are what you would need to trace an owner or tell a stranger's trailer from theirs. The fee is whatever was agreed; the sheet does not set it and does not state what happens if it goes unpaid — that is in your agreement.

Questions

Why is there no fee or notice period on the sheet?

Because both are yours to set and both belong in the agreement the customer signs, not on a record sheet. The ledger takes whatever amount was agreed; what happens if it is not paid is a matter for your own terms and the rules where you trade.
