What this sheet is for
Keep every enquiry for a property in one place, so nobody promising gets forgotten and nobody gets chased twice.
Who it is for
Landlords letting a property themselves, and agents running viewings.
How to use it
- One sheet per property per letting.
- Record where the enquiry came from — it tells you which advert is working.
- Mark viewings separately from enquiries. The ratio is worth knowing.
- Record the outcome on every line, including the ones that went nowhere.
- Total it up at the end: enquiries, viewings, applications.
What is on the sheet
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
