Give a stylist and an owner one sheet they both sign, so the week's commission is worked out from figures they both saw rather than argued over afterwards.

Printed under the title: One stylist's week, service by service — what each client paid, what was sold over the counter, and the total the commission is worked out from.
Your agreement sets the split. The split, what counts towards it and what is deducted first are whatever your own contract or chair agreement says. No rate is printed; write yours in the summary box and both of you sign the sheet.
