Use every batch of raw pet food in date and keep the kitchen hygiene steps from slipping. One line per batch shows what was thawed, when, and who cleaned down after.
Households that feed dogs or cats a raw diet, and the sitters, walkers and boarding kennels that prepare it for them.
2 pages, in this order:
Printed under the title: One line per batch of raw pet food, from the freezer to the bowl: when it went into the fridge to thaw, the portions made and their use-by, and the clean-down after.
The pack and your vet set the figures. No thawing times, storage times or fridge temperatures are printed: follow the pack, the maker and your vet, and write the fridge limit you work to at the top. Thaw as the pack says, never on the worktop, keep raw pet food away from your own food, and clean and disinfect surfaces and bowls after each use.
Write-on lines: Household · Pets fed raw · Month · Unit (°C or °F) · Fridge limit you work to · Limit taken from · Cleaner and disinfectant used
Table, 26 rows: Date · Product & batch · On pack · Thawing · Portions · Use by · Fridge · Surfaces · Hands · Leftovers · By

Because the figures come from the food's maker, the pack and your vet, and they differ between products. Write the limit you work to at the top, with where it comes from, and judge each reading against that.
No. It takes no view on whether to feed raw; that is a conversation with your vet. If you do, raw pet food can carry bacteria that affect people as well as pets, and this sheet keeps a record of the hygiene steps meant to limit them.

Show that an appliance was checked, twice a day, by someone who wrote down what they saw. A run of readings shows drift long before one reading shows a failure.
Track weight against what the animal is actually being fed, so a change in one can be read against the other. A single weighing tells you very little; a column of them taken the same way each time is something a vet can use.
Shop from a list rather than a guess, and stop finding the same jar three times.

Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee.
