Settle who has the room at a glance from the corridor. One sheet on one door is what stops two meetings arriving at once.
Offices with one or two shared rooms and no booking system, and anyone tired of walking in on someone else's meeting.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: A week of one meeting room on a single sheet for the door — time slots down the side, days across the top, a name in each box that is taken.
Your hours, your slot length. Write the slot times down the left to suit your own hours and slot length. A name in a box is a booking; a blank box is free. Cross a cancelled booking out rather than rubbing it out, and add 'layout' or 'kit' beside a name that needs the room set up.
Write-on lines: Room · Week beginning · Seats · Set-up requests go to
Table, 12 rows: Time · Monday · Tuesday · Wednesday · Thursday · Friday
That one is a running log of bookings for any hall, pitch or item, filled in at the time of asking. This one is a week-at-a-glance grid for a single room, meant to live on the door.
Because offices keep different hours and prefer different slot lengths. Writing your own is one job on a Monday morning.

Know who is in the building on an ordinary day, and be able to say so on a bad one.
Stop the same fault being solved from scratch each time, and see which device or person is generating most of the calls.
See a month of attendance for a whole team on one page instead of in thirty separate places.

Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee.
