The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.
Get every debt onto one page with the real figures from the statements, and keep a record of what has actually been paid off.
Anyone paying down more than one debt and wanting to see all of it in one place.
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
This sheet does not say, and will not. The right answer depends on rates, charges, what is secured, what is in arrears and what happens to you if a particular one goes unpaid — and getting it wrong does real harm. Free, regulated debt advice is available in most countries and is worth far more than a printable. What this sheet does is put the facts in one place so that conversation is quicker.
It is your judgement. Paper cannot be hacked, but it can be read by anyone who finds it. If you share a home and would rather not have it seen, keep it somewhere considered.

Track subs and match fees per member so a treasurer chases the right people and knows the total outstanding.
See at a glance which invoices are out, which are late and when each was last chased, which is the information that actually gets invoices paid.
