Track subs and match fees per member so a treasurer chases the right people and knows the total outstanding.
Who it is for
Club treasurers, section secretaries, societies and any group collecting money from members.
How to use it
- Record the rate as well as the amount due — concessions get forgotten otherwise.
- Enter payments on the day, with the method.
- Keep the outstanding column current; it is the sheet's whole purpose.
- Total it before each committee meeting.
- Reconcile against the bank and the cash record, not against memory.
