What this sheet is for

Keep gutters on a schedule instead of clearing them after the damp appears, and record faults you spotted but did not fix.

Who it is for

Homeowners, landlords and property managers.

How to use it

  1. Record each clearance with the areas covered.
  2. Note faults found even if they were not fixed — that is the useful part.
  3. Use the inspection list as a prompt while access is already set up.
  4. Two clearances a year is common where there are trees; adjust to your property.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
