A free printable honey bottling record sheet — each jarring run from bucket to labelled lot, jars filled and fill weight, then where every lot went.
One page. Choose your paper size — both versions are laid out identically, so neither one gets shrunk to fit.

The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.
Say which extraction and which bucket any jar came from, and which customers took the rest of that lot, without digging through receipts.
Beekeepers selling honey at the gate, at markets or to shops, and small honey packers bottling from bought-in bulk.
One page, top to bottom:
Printed under the title: Every jarring run from a bulk bucket or settling tank — which extraction it came from, how many jars of what size it made, the lot marked on the label, and then where those jars went.
Write-on lines: Apiary / producer · Season or year · Recorded by
Table, 6 rows: Date · Lot no. on label · From extraction · Bucket / tank · Jar size · Jars filled · Fill weight · Bottled by

Because what has to appear on a honey label, and which jar weights you may sell, are set by the rules where you trade and can differ between countries. The sheet gives you a column for the fill weight you actually labelled, and nothing more.
That sheet stops at the bucket: which hives, what came off, what was extracted. This one starts at the bucket and follows the honey into jars and out to customers.

Show for any pack on any shelf why it carries the date it does and that someone checked the code against the batch before it left.
See over a season which markets pay their pitch fee back and which only look busy, on one page instead of a shoebox of till rolls.
Keep track of which colonies left, where they came from and who has them, and see at a glance what has been paid for and what has not.
