Track weight in grams and enrichment rotation, the two things that most affect a parrot's physical and mental health.

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
Because a bird can lose a significant proportion of its body weight before it looks any different, and by the time it does the situation is often serious. Gram scales cost very little and catch it early.
No figure is printed. It depends enormously on species and on the setup, and an avian vet or species society is the source.
