What this sheet is for

Keep a season's results and costs in one place, so qualifications are tracked and the true cost of competing is visible.

Who it is for

Competitors at any level, from local shows to affiliated classes.

How to use it

  1. Record the class properly — it matters for qualification.
  2. Log entry and travel costs; the season total surprises people.
  3. Write what went well and what did not, on the day.
  4. Check your governing body's rules before entering, not after.

What is on the sheet

The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.

Questions

Does this track qualification points?

It gives you a column for them, but the rules for qualification are set by your governing body, differ by discipline and change between seasons. Their record is the one that counts.
