The same sheet, on screen. Tick, type, add or remove rows, then print it or download the completed version as a PDF. Everything stays in your browser — your entries are kept in this browser's own storage on this device, nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
Who does which job, week by week. Each row is a classroom job and each column a week; write the pupil's name in the box and the wall chart writes itself.
Primary and early secondary teachers who share the classroom jobs round the class, and the teaching assistants and pupils who check the chart on a Monday morning.
The printable is laid out inside a box that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the two files are identical and neither one is scaled. The fillable PDF has real form fields. The online version keeps what you enter in your own browser and builds the completed PDF on your device.
Download the A4 or US Letter file to match the paper in your printer, open it in a PDF reader and print at 100% — not "fit to page", which shrinks the writing space. Both files leave a 14 mm margin, which clears the unprintable edge on home printers. To print the online version with your entries in it, use the Print this sheet button, which prints only the sheet and none of the page around it. More on printing.
Whatever the room needs done. The prefilled rows are ordinary examples to save typing, not a list of what a classroom ought to have; the empty rows are for yours.
Six columns, which suits a half term in many schools. If yours runs longer, print a second sheet and carry the names on.
Yes — write both names in the box. Some jobs go better in pairs and the box is wide enough for two short names.
No. A reward chart records something earned; this simply says who is doing what. The class reward chart is a separate sheet.
A row per pupil and a column per day, with room for a stamp, sticker or initial.
Who is in the class and which tutor group each pupil belongs to.
Which class or lesson is in each period, day by day.
Printable sheets, workbooks and tools on the same subject.
Publish a volunteer rota far enough ahead that people can swap, with the swap recorded on the sheet.
Split the jobs between everyone in the house before the month starts, so the question of whose turn it is has already been answered in writing.

Making them is not free: each one takes days of research, design and checking, and the site costs money to run. If something here saved you time, you can buy us a coffee.
