Bundles

The sheets, as ordered sets

Every sheet on this site is free and always will be. These bundles collect them into ordered sets with dividers, labels and an index — for people who would rather print the whole thing once than download it a page at a time.

Nothing is on sale yet

There is no checkout on this site, no payment processor and no way to buy anything. The pages below describe bundles we intend to offer, with intended prices, so the design is settled before it is built. Until then, every sheet is free to download individually.

The Complete Home Records Binder

Every house sheet, in order, ready to put in a ring binder.

The whole property side of the library as one ordered set: the registers that go at the front, every system sheet behind them, and the safety records at the back. Printed once, punched, and it becomes the folder you hand to the next owner.

The Vehicle and Machine Logbook Pack

Service records for everything with an engine.

Every vehicle and outdoor machine sheet in one set, with extra blanks of the ones you need repeatedly — a service log per machine, a specification block per machine, and the seasonal checklists that keep them alive.

16 sheets £12 intended Not yet available

The Landlord and Holiday Let Pack

Maintenance evidence for property you do not live in.

The rental sheets, the safety records and the property systems sheets that a let property needs, sized for a folder per property. Built around the thing disputes actually turn on: what was reported, when, and what was done about it.

15 sheets £16 intended Not yet available

The Whole Library

Every sheet on the site, as one ordered set.

Every category, every sheet, indexed and divider-ready — plus every sheet added in the twelve months after you buy it. The version for people who would rather have the lot than choose.

46 sheets £29 intended Not yet available

Why charge for anything at all?

Because a library like this takes time to build and keep correct, and we would rather be paid by a small number of people who want the convenience than make the free version worse to force the point. There is no watermark on the free sheets, no page limit, no email wall, and no crippled “free version” of a paid file. The paid sets are the same sheets, assembled.

The other reason is that it keeps the incentives straight. A site funded only by advertising has a reason to make you scroll. A site with something worth buying does not. More on how this is funded.
