A free printable staff attendance sheet — date, name, in, break, out, hours and a signature.
One page. Choose your paper size — both versions are laid out identically, so neither one gets shrunk to fit.
Print it and write on it
Fill it in type and save
The fillable versions have real form fields — open them in any PDF reader, type into them and save. Printing help.
Record who was actually on site and for how long, which is not always the same thing as what a timesheet says.
Small employers, sites, shops, care settings, kitchens and anywhere a rota and reality diverge.
The layout is fixed at a size that fits both A4 and US Letter, so the A4 and Letter files are visually identical and print at full size on either. Rows are set at a height that an adult can actually write a date and a few words into with a pen — most printable tables are built in a word processor and never tested with one.
No, and it is worth keeping both. A timesheet is what somebody is paid for. This is who was physically present, which is what a fire roll call needs and what an attendance question turns on.
Because rates, rounding rules and overtime treatment are yours and your contracts', and printing a column for them would invite somebody to use ours.
Know who is in the building on an ordinary day, and be able to say so on a bad one.
Record a week's hours on one page, including what the time was spent on, so hours can be approved and costed from the same sheet.
See a month of attendance for a whole team on one page instead of in thirty separate places.
We are building this library out steadily. Leave an address and we will send the new sheets as they are finished — nothing else, and no more than one email a week.
Sign-up is not live yet — we have not connected an email provider, so this form is switched off rather than quietly collecting addresses.
